Pain in the Neck
For the past week or so, I’ve had this pain in my neck. The kind of pain where you don’t know it’s there until you turn your head too far to one side, only to realize that your ability to do so has effectively been eliminated. Jerking your head to look at something, possibly from a surprise, could be fatal.
Anyway, so I have this. The worst part is, it’s not going away, and I’m not doing anything to make it worse. The only conclusion I have is that I’m sleeping incorrectly. This stresses me out a bit, because up until this point I thought I was pretty good at sleeping. I’d had a lot of practice, and as a young child I would have told you that I had sleeping down cold. Sadly, this does not appear to be the case.
I guess I need to brush up on my sleeping. I couldn’t find any sleeping classes offered in the area, so I turned to the Internet — or as its referred to colloquially, “The Fount of Knowledge Lolz” — for tips. Aside from the barrage of Memory Foam advertisements, this idea dried up pretty quickly as well.

i also have a pain in my neck. it used to be when i turned, but it gradually subsided in amount of pain until it only happened when i yawned. then i found that if i tilt my head a certain way when i yawned, i would not have this problem. thus, i have an odd way of yawning now. but since i do that, i’m not sure if the problem is still there or not. i derived this pain in my neck from sleeping on your arm
